Return Policy – Changes - Cancellation

Return products

Within 15 calendar days, from the day you received the product, you have the right to return it, at your own expense.

For the return of products, it is assumed:

  • that the product has not been used
  • no markings on the products have been removed
  • they are in excellent condition, in the packaging and you have all the printed shipping documents with which you received them.

You can either request a replacement of the products you have chosen, with others of at least equal value, or a refund of your money. (In case of a refund, the process is done in the same way as the payment was made by you.)

We take all the necessary measures so that you receive the products without damage. However, in the event that you received a defective product, then the shipping and return costs are solely borne by you.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will immediately send you the correct one, after confirming the new receipt by e-mail.

You can inform us immediately by e-mail: info@aylostudio.com, notifying us of the problem.

To return a defective or inappropriately sized product, it is necessary to package it properly, so that it is protected during shipping, place inside the package that you have made, a document in which you state your details in detail (name, surname, address ) your order, with the label, for the attention of the Returns Department.

Order cancellation

In case you want to cancel your order, please contact via Email, orders@aylostudio.com, to inform us about it. Your order can only be canceled if the shipping process has not been completed.

The refund is made by the procedure mentioned in the refund section.

If in any case, for reasons of force majeure (e.g. strikes, extreme weather) it is not possible to deliver your order within the time period we have committed to, we will contact you for further clarifications regarding delivery.
